Adoption of Missoula Rural Fire District impact fees

Resolution adopting impact fees for the Missoula Rural Fire District at 100% of the maximum supportable amount per the impact fee study by Tischler Bise. Fee is approximately $1,900 per EDU, ~$1,500 for a 2,000 sq ft home; residential fees scaled by home size and commercial fees by 1,000 sq ft ($1,500 retail down to $372 per 1,000 sq ft). Creation of Sorrel Springs Water District
