Zoning variance ZV-26-1 (Sebenocker) continued

Deferred.

Zoning variance to allow a 15-foot front yard setback in lieu of the 25-foot front yard setback required for accessory structures in an A-2 medium agricultural zone district at 8995 Old San Isabel Road; owner Grant Sebenocker (Parker and Spalding LLC). Continued to the August 13 land use meeting because the property is in a wildfire burn zone and staff cannot assess whether the structure still exists; applicant requested continuance.

Text amendment TA-26-1 (data centers, special event permits)

Approved.

Land use code text amendment brought by the Pueblo County Department of Planning and Development. Changes data centers from a permitted use to a special use in the Pueblo Plex zone district (already special use in light industrial and heavy industrial), so data centers are now only contemplated as special uses in three zone districts and would return to the commission. Also updated the special event definition to match the special event permit standards threshold. Approved.
