Resolution authorizing submission of local authority recommendations to the California Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) for Opportunity Zones 2.0 census tract designations. Four tracts recommended, centered on priority tract 88.03 (airport/Mather Business Park), plus 90.07, 90.06, and 90.08. General Plan Update - Preferred Land Use Alternative
