Adoption of findings on appeal of wall fence major at 637 Solar Road NW
Council adopted written findings consistent with its September 21, 2026 vote (7-2) to grant appellant JoLynn Maestas's appeal, reverse the ZHE decision, and deny the permit for a wall fence major on the front property line at 637 Solar Road NW, zone R-1.
