Approved defeasance and development agreements for the St. John redevelopment on approximately 12-13 acres (St. John North 13.6 acres, St. John South 5.5 acres) at the old Home Depot location east of I-35 north of St. John's. Partnership between HACA, Graystar, and the City of Austin delivering ~500 housing units (70% affordable at 50-80% AMI), commercial space, and expansion of St. John's Park from one acre to about four acres.
