Bismarck Functional Class Change Request Withdrawal (East Century Avenue and 52nd Street)
The City of Bismarck withdrew its request to functionally classify the recently completed extension of East Century Avenue and 52nd Street. 52nd Street is currently a township road designated as a local road; city and county staff concluded the complexities of securing federal funding outweighed the benefits.
