Woodley Conservation Easement CDOT taking for Colorado 7 widening
Partial release of the Woodley Conservation Easement on property at 7957 Arapahoe Road (east of Arapahoe and 75th Street), owned by Chris and Jennifer Anderson since 2015, for CDOT's Highway 7 multimodal corridor widening. The taking is a 0.09-acre (13-foot-wide) strip along the northern edge with condemnation value determined to be $2,883.75. County purchased the conservation easement from the City of Boulder in 2006. Approved 2-1 with Commissioner Stoltzman voting no.
