Disposition of permanent easements totaling 1.379 acres on three county open space properties along 120th Street to Xcel Energy for relocating existing overhead power lines displaced by the county/Lafayette widening of 120th Street between Overlook Drive and Dillon Road. Compensation $19,957. Lines to be rebuilt overhead to wildfire hardening standard; about 50 feet undergrounded at southern end. Parks and Open Space Advisory Committee unanimously recommended approval May 28. Commissioners urged earlier coordination on undergrounding for future corridors (75th, 93rd, 95th). Approved by voice vote.
