CSA 128 Wildflower Estates Prop 218 assessment increase
Following a Prop 218 protest election with only two protest ballots received (no majority protest), the Board adopted a resolution increasing the maximum service charge for CSA 128 (Wildflower Estates), 30 parcels at the end of Hereford Drive in North Chico, from $146.22 to $846.22 per parcel with future CPI inflation, to fund stormwater management improvements and repay a ~$100,000 loan plus a $3,500 revolving loan. Passed unanimously.
