Reconsideration of prior 7-0 recommendation to close/vacate approximately 0.55 acres (24,000 sq ft) of North Iowa Street 60-foot right-of-way between Barber's Cup Boulevard and Northeast Street, and approximately 0.22 acres (8,880 sq ft) of the north half of Northeast Street. Only the northern half of Northeast Street closed because consent could not be obtained from the property owner to the south.
