Ordinance amendment on accessory building use in PR district
Public hearing on ordinance amendment 26XX to correct zoning-code table-of-uses designation for accessory buildings in the Public Recreational (PR) district (Elm Creek Park Reserve, City Parks, Dayton Elementary, Sundance/Dayton Golf Course). Staff recommended striking the highlighted last sentence and making accessory buildings a permitted use; Commission instead moved to amend the code by changing the 'F' to 'C' (conditional use) and keep the highlighted language. Passed 5-0.
