DCM Farms Development Agreement, Second Edition
Council approved the development agreement for DCM Farms, second edition, with the understanding that the only figures that may change are the oversizing credits for upsized utilities once calculations are made, and that if the change exceeds 10% it returns to council. Total cash fees $2.7 million, oversizing credits $465,000, net cash to city $2.278 million. Council directed the HOA (not the city) to own the outlots with stormwater infiltration basins.
- Only oversizing credits may change; changes over 10% must return to council
- HOA to own outlots with stormwater basins, not the city
