Rezoning of approximately 114 acres at 17671-17675 East 64th Avenue in the DIA neighborhood, Council District 11, from former Chapter 59 districts to custom PUD G40 (PUDG 40). Proposed by United Airlines to develop a flight training facility and corporate campus. Two sub-areas: Sub-area A based on Campus EI district (height lowered to 110 feet) and Sub-area B at Yampa/64th corner based on SMX-8.
