Terrebonne Community Plan update - round two engagement report
Staff report on the second round of community engagement for the Terrebonne Community Plan, an appendix to the Comprehensive Plan last updated in 2010. The update was prompted by a planned sewer installation. Residents favor single-family detached homes and small-scale local businesses. They oppose large urban subdivisions, large-format retail and industrial uses, and are split on ADUs and small lodging. The third open house is November 17, and the legislative process is expected early next year. No vote was taken.
