Work session on new county code DCC 2.35 contested case procedures
County Counsel Dave Doyle requested board direction to proceed to a public hearing to adopt a new section of county code (DCC 2.35) for contested case procedures related to public/environmental health enforcement (food, pool, lodging licensing). Staff proposed scheduling the public hearing in a couple of weeks with an emergency-adoption clause. No vote taken; board indicated support.
