City of Sisters Urban Growth Boundary Expansion (work session)
Work session in preparation for a May 28th public hearing on the City of Sisters UGB expansion, a plan amendment and zone change adding approximately 320 acres (just shy of 320) to the east of the current UGB, north of Highway 126 and roughly southeast of the Sisters Eagle Airport. Properties would receive an interim Urban Area Reserve county zone until annexation. Application originates from the City of Sisters. Traffic report submitted by Transite Consulting; two agency comments (County Environmental Soils Division, Senior Transportation Planner Tarek Rawlings) and three public comments received to date. No vote taken.
