Ordinance rezoning certain lands known as Scenic Mountain, on the south side of SR 73 at the eastern extreme of the city, affecting about 42.25 acres and 223 properties. Assigns properties from old, no-longer-codified zones to current zones (RC for detached housing, MF1/MF2 for townhomes based on unit count, agricultural for streets, public facility for a church, open space). Includes harmonizing future land use map assignments. Positive recommendation forwarded to City Council on a 4-0 vote.
