Eagle Square commercial sign S1 in Pony Express right-of-way
Work session direction on a sign application for Eagle Square. Sign S1 is proposed within the city's right-of-way along Pony Express. Engineering pushed the sign back so it begins 30 feet from top back of curb (25-foot future widening recommendation) and 80 feet from Porter's Crossing to clear site triangles. Council directed staff to bring back an agreement/encroachment at the owner's risk; no vote taken. Sign S2 in a public utility easement needs an encroachment letter from the city.
