Planning Commission recommended to the Board of Supervisors approval of RZ-2022-HM-00003 and the associated Conceptual Development Plan, subject to proffers dated June 5, 2026 as amended June 10. Amendments: eliminated the second paragraph of proffer 50 (dust management, power washing/contribution) and amended proffer 52 (snow removal within 24 hours after snowfall or coordinate with consortium).
