Planning Commission recommended the Board of Supervisors adopt a district ordinance renewing the Armstrong Local Agricultural and Forestal District, a 40-acre property on Henderson Road in Springfield District (approx. 39 acres forest conservation, 1 acre residential), for an eight-year term.
