Master Case 26-0011 and Municipal Code Amendment 26-002 amending Chapter 30 to modify outdoor dining and parking standards in the downtown core, eliminate parking requirements for retail/entertainment/restaurant uses within 400 feet of a city-owned parking facility, add definitions differentiating vehicle parking from storage, clarify timing of entitlement applications (applications not deemed complete within 180 days closed/withdrawn), modify definitions of accessory and principal land uses, and revise the No Net Loss Program. Adopted as categorically exempt from CEQA. Two ordinances introduced: Ordinance 1988 (No Net Loss) and Ordinance 1989 (remaining changes). Vote 5-0.
