Modification of Standards #2 for the Tuggleway/Tuckaway PUD (church campus for Fellowship Bible Church). As originally written it requested alternate materials such as mulch and deferral of the internal sidewalk. The commission amended it to require a concrete sidewalk (no mulch substitution), permitted the alternative location parallel to the drive from the front door of the house to Lewisburg Pike, with construction deferred until the Lewisburg Pike sidewalk is installed. Approved unanimously and recommended to the Board of Mayor and Alderman. Original approving motion by Commissioner Franks was withdrawn; amended motion by Commissioner Allen.
