Rezoning at 4001 South Keystone Avenue
Council overturned the MDC's denial of rezoning case 2025-ZON-084, rezoning approximately 1.075 acres at 4001 South Keystone Avenue in Perry Township (District 19) from C-4 to CS to provide for all C3 uses and automobile fueling stations. Applicant is Amman LLC (Sukhwinder Singh). A 3/5 majority (15 votes) was required to overturn; the motion carried 23-1 (one dissent, Councilor Muscari later noted he intended to vote no).
