Preliminary determination approving two series of bonds: a $40 million new-money issuance for DPW capital plan streets and roads (already approved by council), plus up to $121 million in refunding of existing IndyRoads (Metro Thoroughfare District) debt; and a declaratory resolution approving projects to be financed. Presented by Joe Glass of the Indianapolis Bond Bank. Both resolutions taken together by consent; resolution 12 moved by Dan Haight, seconded by Sabeka Juwanza; resolution 13 moved by Idris Redman, seconded by Leslie Schulte. Refunding to be introduced at June meeting. No new taxes to support new debt.
