Huna Totem Aak'w Landing project update (dock property waterfront development)
Informational update on the Huna Totem 'Aak'w Landing' waterfront cruise dock development (the 'subport property'). Project scaled down from ~50,000 sq ft to ~18,000 sq ft, at-grade parking instead of underground garage, new expected cost ~$150 million.
