Waterfront Restrooms Project Update (Prattridge Plaza)
Docks and Harbors briefed the task force on the waterfront restroom and covered waiting-area project at Prattridge Plaza, currently at 65% design. Architect of record is James Bibb with North Wind Architects; P&D is lead engineer. Program: ~1,400 sq ft waiting area with standing room for ~180 people, 15 toilet fixtures (seven male, seven female, one family), intended for year-round use with radiant heating. Phase 2 of the 2018 waterfront plan; Phase 1 (Prattridge Plaza deck-over) completed 2021. New fiscal-year funds were appropriated for the bathroom. No vote taken.
