Proposed Ordinance 2026-0104 authorizes issuance and sale of one or more series of sewer revenue bonds and limited tax general obligation bonds payable from sewer revenues, not to exceed $1 billion aggregate principal, to fund acquiring/constructing improvements to the sewer system and to refund outstanding obligations.
