Church of God Campground PUD amendment

Request to amend PUD Ordinance 2014-5 to add neighborhood commercial C1 uses and increase RV sites to a total of 29 (29 permanent). Tabled to June 1, 2027 to allow applicant time to fix the on-site package/sewer plant; code enforcement case on the non-removed RVs placed on pause for six months.
