Minimum investment $32.4M, 76 new full-time jobs, 150 jobs retained, 226 combined. Estimated ~$120,323/year direct city+county property tax during pilot; ~$1.22M combined over 10 years. Resolution being drafted by Holland & Knight; to go before budget committee next week and potentially the September 22nd commission meeting. No vote taken at this meeting.
