Waiver use transfer for massage establishment at 16345 Middle Belt Road
Request to extend waiver use approval to new owner Jingyu Chen (current owner Haiyan Pai) to operate a massage establishment at 16345 Middle Belt Road, west side of Middle Belt Road between Puritan Avenue and Six Mile Road, in the northeast quarter of section 14. Motion to approve was withdrawn after disclosure that Ms. Chen was sanctioned by the Washington State Department of Health in July 2022 (license MA60115256); a denial motion carried 7-0.
