Adopted addendum to LUE program EIR, ordinance establishing two new zoning districts (MUM and CM) implementing NSCL and community commercial place types, general plan map amendments and zoning map changes rezoning select corridors in the Greater Bixby-Knolls area and Andy Street in North Long Beach, and general plan text amendments. Includes rezoning Long Beach Blvd between Bixby Rd and 37th St from CCA to MU2, the 3700 block of Atlantic (Bixby Towers) to MUM, 401 East 37th Street (Boy Scout property) from FCN to MFRL, 4647 Long Beach Blvd correction to NSCL/MU2, and cleanups on Andy Street. Multiple residents opposed the 401 East 37th Street change. Five separate votes all carried.
