Closure of approximately 39,500 sq ft of public right-of-way (sections A and B) south and southwest of Old Manslick Road. The right-of-way would be consolidated with the vacant parcel to the south for a multifamily development whose Category 3 plan was approved by DRC in late July. The site is zoned R-7 in the Traditional Neighborhood form district. All adjoining property owners are Louisville Metro, and 100% consented. The committee voted to place the item on the September 3 Planning Commission consent agenda.
