Recommendation to Louisville Metro Council to approve an amendment to binding element 15 of case 24 Zone 14. The amendment adds short-term rental use of the existing north building, in addition to mini storage and RV/boat parking, until the mini-storage building is constructed. The site is about 12.5 acres, zoned CM, in the Neighborhood form district. Final action rests with Metro Council. The applicant was represented by Nick Pregliasco of Bardenwerper Talbott & Roberts. The roll-call vote was all yes.
