2024 ICC Building Codes Adoption
Council adopted multiple 2024 International Code Council building codes including International Building Code, Residential Code, Mechanical Code, Fuel Gas Code, Plumbing Code, Existing Building Code, Swimming Pool and Spa Code, and administrative amendments. The Colorado Model Low Energy Carbon Code was adopted 6-3 to replace the 2024 IECC and Colorado Model Electric Ready and Solar Ready Code.
