Acceptance of public easements for Grant Creek Crossing
Acceptance of two public easements dedicated by the Grant Creek Crossing developer, north of Schramm Street and west of Grant Creek. One easement extends a 5-foot strip north to the Michael Lane area to connect with a future road easement for a continuous public road and utility easement; the other is in a corner of the lot to aid first-phase residential development. The project began as a subdivision but transitioned to a boundary line relocation; a road easement was previously accepted in February. Approved by voice vote.
