Project increases visitation from 15 to 34 visitors/day, marketing events from 6 to 12 (plus one 125-guest event), employees from 4 to 5, production from 30,000 to 45,000 gallons, with a 10% water reduction. Revised conditions add monthly well-monitoring data upload to a publicly available website (COA 4.9) and CDFW coordination (COA 6.12e/Mitigation Measure 5). Approved unanimously with added language that conditions are project-specific, non-precedent-setting, and that board action is subject to disclosure of the settlement.
