Coastal site plan review at 7 Twilight Place

Coastal site plan review for Michael and Emily Junta to raise an existing FEMA-nonconforming single-family residence in the CD1S zone (approx. 11,000 sq ft lot, District 5 Block 85C Lot 36) to FEMA elevation 14+2. The project rebuilds the in-law apartment in place, adds a two-car and a one-car garage under the house, replaces the pool, and reduces impervious surface by 433 sq ft. ZBA variances were granted in September. Harbor Management Commission recommended approval. DEEP did not respond. Commissioner Tabachnik (JJ Briscoe per remarks) stated he would not vote due to visibility issues. Approved by roll call with all recorded votes yes.
