City Manager compensation amendment (Lori Curtis Luther)
Council directed the city attorney to prepare an amendment to the employment agreement with Lori Curtis Luther providing a 2.5% COLA base salary increase, a 2.4% merit base salary increase, an 18-month severance benefit provision, and a $30,000 performance incentive payment.
