Rezoning of Mount Washington parcels from GPRA Subdistrict A to RMU (Bill 609)
Councilman Sally Netro presented Bill 609, an ordinance amending the Zoning Map to rezone parcels 1P28, 29, 36, 40, 40-1, 40-102, 40-103, 40-104, 54, 42, 43, 44, and 4B13-001 from GPRA Grandview Public Realm Subdistrict A to RMU residential mixed use, and to amend the height map for those parcels in the Mount Washington neighborhood. A motion to waive rule 8 to place it on Wednesday's standing committee agenda passed by voice vote.
