ECONorthwest (Lorelei Juntunen) and Metro Legislative Affairs Manager Annalisa Kohler presented baseline economic data on the Portland MSA, including job losses (13,800 fewer jobs 2023-2025), wage and racial/gender disparities, and declining growth.
