Tom Hilton, planning division manager at WSSC Water, presented a master and facility planning initiative and capacity projections for the three county WRFs (Piscataway, Western Branch, Parkway) plus Blue Plains and Matterwoman. Western Branch projected to reach 97% utilization by 2045 (from 73% current), Parkway 91% (from 83%), Piscataway 83% (from 78%).
