Data Center Overlay ZTA Initiation (DCOZOD)

Board adopted a resolution initiating a new zoning text amendment to the Data Center Opportunity Zone Overlay District (county code section 32-509.01), to amend data center uses permitted by right and by special use permit, including corresponding DCOZOD map amendments. Rescinds the prior initiation adopted by Resolution 26-125 on March 3, 2026 (which had been halted by Directive 26-11 on May 19, 2026). Reflects edits recommended by advisory boards and planning staff.
