Located ~21 miles east-northeast of Pueblo, in A1 agricultural zoning, interconnecting to the Boone Midway 230kV transmission line operated by Xcel/PSCO. ~$250M investment, ~20M in tax revenue over 35 years, 200-250 construction jobs.
