Private Activity Bond volume cap carry-forward for Tavis Square Apartments
Staff recommended carrying forward the 2026 Private Activity Bond (PAB) volume cap toward the Tavis Square Apartments affordable housing project by Rocky Mountain Communities, located on the west side off 24th Street. City allocations: 2025 was $7,334,977 and 2026 was $7,675,759; county allocations were $3,724,705 (2025) and $3,901,074 (2026), for a total project of roughly $22 million. Project would apply for 4% non-competitive LIHTC in Q1 2027 with closing Q1 2028. No vote taken; a formal resolution will return at the next BOCC meeting.
