Change of Zone 2600020 and Plot Plan 250052 – mini warehouse on Cluck Lane

Recommended approval to the Board of Supervisors of a change of zone from General Commercial C-1/C-P to Manufacturing-Service Commercial (M-SC), for consistency with the Community Development Light Industrial general plan designation. The accompanying plot plan is a 3,492 sq ft mini warehouse with a 200 sq ft office, 24'8" tall, with a septic system, paved parking and a trash enclosure. The site is north of Cluck Lane, east of Cadena Creek, south of Maryknoll Drive and west of La Cadena Drive in the Highgrove Area Plan, District 1. The project was found CEQA exempt. Applicant Andrew Krajicek, who owns the adjacent building, accepted the conditions. The vote was not tallied, but no dissent was stated.

  • remove and replace paved driveway with sidewalk on Cluck Lane per county standards
  • landscape planters along frontage both sides of driveway
  • decorative split-face block walls and trash enclosure
  • no windows or doors on other walls due to zero lot line
