Consent agenda including surplus land declaration at 4069 30th Street
The consent agenda was approved 4-0. It included acceptance of endowment funds for Clayton Vernal Pool Preserve and acceptance of a donation of about 8.56 acres in East Elliott (APNs 36605011 and 36605013) from the Mission Trails Regional Park Foundation. It also declared city-owned property at 4069 30th Street (the former Mental Health America building in North Park) surplus land under the Surplus Land Act, giving affordable housing developers first opportunity to purchase it, at Councilmember Whitburn's request. A 25-year franchise agreement with Jet Infrastructure Holding (a jet fuel pipeline) was also approved. Motion by Whitburn, second by Elo-Rivera.
