Ordinance raising grant approval threshold to $1 million
Ordinance amending the administrative code to increase the minimum grant award requiring Board of Supervisors approval from $100,000 to the greater of $1 million or the federal single audit threshold, effective October 1, 2026. Two substantive amendments made: a $200,000 limit triggering board review of grant increases, and allowing acceptance of pro bono legal services without board approval. Because amendments were substantive, the item was continued to the July 8 Budget and Finance meeting. Vote 3-0.
