Amends consultant services agreement (originally with Landau) for remedial investigation at the contaminated Tex aerospace site in Everett. Extends agreed order two years (Jan 2027-end 2028), adds $2,250,000 compensation, and adds option for one additional three-year term through 2031. Funded by Airport Enterprise Fund. Moved to GLS on September 9th for consideration; placed on consent agenda.
