Final major site plan for the former NVR Ryan Homes 'Serranoa' PUD, two parcels totaling 113 acres, 319 single-family units (218 in east pod, 101 in west pod) on 50-foot lots, density 2.8 units/acre, future land use residential urban (up to 5 units/acre). Includes 51 acres open space, 17-acre upland preserve, linear park on future arterial A right-of-way. Approved unanimously.
