Selvitz Road widening right-of-way direction
Public Works presented right-of-way needs to widen Selvitz Road between Glades Cut-Off Road and Edwards Road from two-lane undivided to four-lane divided (~$30M project funded by multimodal impact fees). Discussion of parcels (Ranger, Diamond R, Stevik, Carriage Point, Becker Preserve, Pulliam) and two competing pond sites: Pond 2A (McCaddy) and Pond 2B (Club Pure Title).
